SALES REPRESENTATIVE
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for interacting with prospective customers to generate profitable sales for the company.

Sales Manager
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrate ability to sell.
- Acceptable DMV record.
- Physical ability to daily lift and carry products weighing up to 50lbs, occasionally climb ladders and walk on uneven surfaces.
- Speak, write and communicate in English.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set yearly sale goals.
- Work Company generated leads in an effort to match customer’s needs with the company’s products and services resulting in consistently profitable jobs and satisfied customers.
- Self-generate leads through referrals, networking or other viable means whenever possible.
- Work assigned showroom hours.
- Comply in a timely manner with company requirements for sales call reports, lead reports, sales forecasts, etc.
- Keep up to date on product and pricing changes and maintain neat, well-organized sales presentation materials and samples.
- Communicate with the installation department and company management as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Responsible to follow through on all jobs throughout the entire production process – assisting customers when necessary.
- Follow through on all change orders.
- Turn in clear, legible and accurate drawings, agreements and addendums.
- Enroll as many customers as possible in “Cooperative Marketing Program” and follow up with customers after the sale.
- Constantly work to refine selling skills and consistently meet or exceed set sales goals.
- Be courteous, neat, clean and in proper uniform.
- Always follow all company policies.
- Attend company meetings and seminars as required.
- Advise supervisor of anything that employee becomes aware of that could be important to improving the profitability, competitiveness or safety policies of the company.
- Any other duties or responsibilities deemed necessary by management.

WRS has the authority to alter this agreement, or to enter into an agreement for employment for a specified period of time, and any such agreement must be in writing and must be signed by the President of Clark Adams Co. Windows and Doors WRS. In deciding to work for Clark Adams Co. WRS or continuing to work for Clark Adams Co. WRS you must understand and accept these terms of employment.
