WINDOW AND DOOR INSTALLER

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible in assisting in the completion of installation of windows, doors and shutters on a regular basis.

REPORTS TO

Production Manager

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent.
Mechanical aptitude.
Acceptable DMV record.
Physical ability to daily lift and carry products weighing up to 100 lbs., climb ladders, bend, stoop, and walk on uneven surfaces.
Ability to drive forklift.
Use electric and air powered tools.
Speak, write and communicate in English.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the completion of installations and shop work in a professional manner
Strive to make every job a learning experience to receive training and familiarization with job requirements.
Assist in assuring the safety and protection of customer’s property and job-site.
Turn in neat and accurate payroll time sheet.
Be responsible for tools and equipment assigned to him/her.
Be responsible for company vehicle’s appearance and safe operation
Be courteous, neat, clean and in proper uniform.
Always follow all company policies.
Attend company meetings and seminars as required.
Advise supervisor of anything that employee becomes aware of that could be important to improving the profitability, competitiveness or safety policies of the company
Any other duties or responsibilities deemed necessary by management.
