JOB SUMMARY – Design Center Representative

Responsible for answering all advertising calls, setting appointments and maintaining accurate database information.

ESSENTIAL REQUIRMENTS

1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. Demonstrated knowledge and ability to use computers and appropriate company software program(s)
3. Advance phone skills
4. Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with customers
5. Knowledge of Design Center’s policies and scripts
6. Basic knowledge of RBA Products
7. Ability to self-manage time and activities to meet deadlines, goals and customer requirements
8. Ability to communicate effectively (read, write and speak) in English.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

• Answer all incoming advertising calls
• Organize and follow through with all lead information
• Make all confirmation calls two days before appointments
• Fax – email leads to outside sales representative
• Maintain contact with sales representative regarding schedules
• Responsible for maintaining accuracy of scheduling board
• Mail out customer information upon request
• Assist receptionist with overflow phone calls as needed
• Be courteous, neat, clean and in proper uniform
• Always follow all company policies
• Attend company meetings and seminars as required
• Advise Supervisor of anything that employee becomes aware of that could be important to improving the profitability, competitiveness or safety policies of the company
• Any other duties or responsibilities deemed necessary by management
